Still no guesses? Oh well, no more clues. I will give one more hint though. Think on everything in the story. The reference is appropriate considering a certain aspect of the story.

They’re all focused on Kim, who’s in hysterics after watching her boyfriend being tortured on live television. Even Shego is uncharacteristically sympathetic. She kneels next to Kim, pulling her in a close hug, whispering softly, “I’m so sorry Kim. I promise, we’ll get him back. And we’ll make the scumbag who did this to him pay”
